Neither FIFA nor the Czech FA acknowledge the substitution. Dolejší is usually credited with 18 caps in total. (link: )

Despite the Czech FA and FIFA’s records not recording his appearance, this contemporary newspaper report confirms that Dolejsi did substitute for Stacho. (link: )
