On the same page of Wikipedia is written ’On 13 March 2018, Dacia announced that they would not be participating in the 2018 Moldovan National Division’, so club was not dissolved in 2017.

Probably the club should be declared as dissolved in 2018. They withdrew just before the 2018-season e.g. link of db). Only the reserve/farm team seems to exist
