Match ended in 79 minute because of darkness, as it was postponed until 7:00 pm due to hail falling.
A number of 10,000 sold tickets is reported.

English translation of photo’s legend:
"... Romanian and Yugoslavian players had turned into amphibians. Heavy rainfall had made the ground look like a pool, in the waters of which they were reflected - as it is clearly shown in the photograph we have received via Air Post."

The same source reports Blagoje Marjanović as the scorer of both goals (in 34. and 54.) and Branislav Sekulić as the one who provided him with both assists. (...)
